Marital Status and Moral Character: Candidates for Mrs. Pakistan must be married and possess good moral character.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years old to qualify for Mrs. Pakistan.
Application Process:
Application Fee: A fee shall be paid upon selection as a Mrs. Pakistan Contestant/Winner.
Photograph Submission: Contestants must submit professional photos; random photos will not be accepted or considered. Failure to comply will result in the application being dismissed.
Fee Payment: A non-refundable fee of $1000 USD plus applicable taxes (subject to reduction due to pandemic circumstances) is mandatory.
Nationality and Residency:
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must hold Pakistani nationality or belong to the Pakistani race.
Global Residency: Residency in any part of the world is permissible.
Gender and Criminal Record:
Gender Requirement: Only natural-born females are eligible.
Criminal Record Check: Candidates must have no criminal record.
Intellectual Property and Participation:
Photograph Ownership: All photographs submitted by the contestant or titleholder will become the exclusive property of Mrs. Pakistan.
Event Participation: Successful candidates are required to adhere to the designated schedule, participating in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the event.
Liability and Disqualification:
Liability Waiver: The Organizers assume no responsibility for loss or physical injury that may befall the applicant during their involvement in the event. Participation is undertaken at the individual’s own risk.
Disqualification Criteria: Disqualification will ensue if any inaccurate or misleading information is provided, whether identified prior to, during, or after participation.
Health and Conduct:
Health and Mental Fitness: Participation is restricted to individuals of sound health, sound mind, and devoid of any medical history concerning mental illness. Furthermore, participants must exhibit a strong moral character.
Event Management Authority:
Organizer’s Authority: Mrs. Pakistan reserves the right to expel any delegate from the contest without prior notice, in the organizer’s judgment, if their conduct compromises the security of other delegates, their belongings, adherence to rehearsals or official functions, or if they exert a negative influence on the event’s smooth execution, including international contests.
